9p999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Play for fun, stay within your limits. 9p999 provides all the tools you need for a safe, informed, and enjoyable betting experience.
For those aged 21 and above only
9p999 is a responsible betting platform in Bangladesh. Online casino and betting services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. Verify your age to confirm that you are eligible.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Gaming should be a source of fun — not an alternative income. Responsible gaming means setting a budget and enjoying entertainment within those limits. 9p999 believes that with the right mindset and tools, any player can build healthy betting habits.
Never view gambling as a solution to financial problems. The outcome of every bet is uncertain — keeping that in mind is the first step toward responsible gaming. At 9p999, only bet what you can afford to lose.
Our platform includes several protective tools that you can activate at any time — deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, and more. Using these tools is a sign of strength.
Online betting is a growing entertainment sector in Bangladesh. Cricket, football, live casino, slots — 9p999 offers diverse entertainment across all of these. But that entertainment is only enjoyable when you stay informed.
Research shows that players who set limits in advance are far more satisfied in the long run. Playing within set time limits, managing your budget, and taking breaks — these three habits make your betting experience genuinely enjoyable.
If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, 9p999's support team is always here for you. Reach out via our 24/7 live chat or email — seeking help is not a weakness.
Our Protective Tools
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period — this delay protects you from placing excessive bets in a moment of impulse.
Time-Out Feature
Take a temporary break from your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or make any deposits. This is the best way to take a short-term break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, activate a full self-exclusion for 6 months or longer. During this period, it will not be possible to access your account or create a new one by any means.
Betting History & Spend Review
You can view your complete betting history, deposit amounts, and withdrawals from your account. Review your own spending yourself — awareness is where control begins.
Reality Check Reminders
A reminder will be sent at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. This reminder keeps you aware of your current situation.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact 9p999's support team. Live chat and email support are available 24 hours a day in both Bengali and English. All requests are handled with complete confidentiality.

Golden Habits for Healthy Betting
- Set a fixed budget before you play — keep it strictly an entertainment budget, a small portion of your monthly income.
- Set a time limit — instead of playing for hours on end, stick to a defined session limit.
- Do not try to chase losses — each session is separate, and the mindset of recovering past losses is dangerous.
- Do not play while intoxicated or under excessive stress — a clear head is the path to making the best decisions.
- Withdraw your winnings — after a big win, withdraw the money rather than leaving it in your account.
- Take regular breaks — play with short breaks rather than long continuous sessions.
- Treat casino gaming as a social activity — not your only source of entertainment.
- Keep 9p999's deposit limit and reality check features active — if the tools are there, use them.
