Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If false information is found during verification, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification must be completed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳22,500 in bets must be completed. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may have its own expiry period and conditions.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 9p999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Winnings from bonuses are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• VIP programme benefits apply to the relevant tier and are subject to change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all users when betting and playing games on 9p999:

• Once a bet or game has started, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 9p999 may cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.
• If there is no evidence of a technical error in a game result, the recorded result will be considered final.
• Attempting to manipulate games using any kind of software or technique is prohibited.
• In sports betting, if a match result is displayed incorrectly, the corrected result will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9p999 platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

• Attempting to gain an advantage from the system through any fraudulent means.

Account Suspension & Termination

In the following circumstances, 9p999 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice:

• Violation of any section of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Providing false information during account verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Evidence of an account being operated on behalf of a minor.

In the event of account termination, any balance arising from fraud or breach of terms may be forfeited. Users may also close their own account at any time through support.
